At Railton Resources all information is handled confidentially and with strict adherence to privacy. However we are pleased to present several past examples of industry consultants that were utilized for search commitments relevant to their industry or technical backgrounds.
Frank Hacking has 25 years working within engineering and management levels relevant to the packaging industry. His ability to provide an analytical assessment for operations management levels within manufacturing provides sound feedback on potential strengths and benefits of personnel. Frank possesses a combination of resourceful technical skills, and highly developed interpersonal, organizational, motivational, leadership and communication skills. He is a hands-on, analytical problem solver with a career history of meeting or exceeding goals, and leads by example in achieving results.
Jos Molendijk has over 30 years experience working in the printing industry. Jos started working in the print industry learning the trade from the floor in production, serving his apprenticeship working alongside the press crews and eventually rising to the General Managers Title. Jos has hands on experience with building and installing presses, maintaining efficient crews to work the press and reducing waste/cost as needed to make the working environment a prosperous one. Jos currently works as a consultant for his clients in Pressroom Management, Printing Consultant and Trainer within the printing industry and in this capacity he has travelled all over North America to help his clients.
